I've been having a lot of fun with non-conventional painting surfaces lately. I found these old picture frames and thought..."I bet I could do something with that".
So what I decided to do was to make a back painting on unstretched canvas that was more undefined, and then paint directly on the glass with palette knives to make loosely defined flowers. I let them dry and separated the canvas from the glass with pieces of foam board.
It turned out pretty cool!
